HOTEL GUESTS & PERMIT HOLDERS

- Book a space. Tell the hotel your number plate.
- Get registered. Reception registers your access for the length of your stay.
- Follow the signs. Use only the signposted hotel area on the lower level.
Rental car, or the barrier stays shut?
Contact reception via the intercom at the lower-level entrance. Have your current number plate registered so that your exit is matched correctly later on too.
What if the hotel area is full?
Free spaces in the public area can be used under its general terms. A hotel booking alone does not replace a parking permit or payment there. Check your options with reception.

before your first visit.
Help right at the machine
Use the intercom at the pay station or at the exit if you need help.
I got a barcode ticket. What now?
If your number plate cannot be read reliably, you’ll get a barcode replacement ticket at the entrance. Keep it, use it to pay at the pay station and hold the barcode up at the main exit. The ticket does not give access to the lower level.
I can’t find a suitable space.
If you can’t use a suitable space, you can leave free of charge within ten minutes of entering. This grace period is not meant for quick errands.
Can I pay at the exit?
No. Please pay at one of the two pay stations before you head back to your car. You cannot pay at the exit.
Do I need an app to park?
You don’t need an app for the process described here. You pay at the pay station by entering your number plate. Paying the parking fee online is not planned.
Can I park on the lower level?
The lower level is reserved for authorised hotel guests and permit holders only. For a short stay, please use the public parking levels.
How tall can my vehicle be?
The clearance height is 2.00 m per parking level. At the entrance, a bar mounted flat under the ceiling also marks the maximum height – if in doubt, measure your vehicle before driving in.
How much does parking cost and when does the car park open?
The opening date, opening hours and parking rates are still to be announced.
